Payroll Administrator
I am a payroll administrator working with a varied mix of clients, making sure payroll is accurate and compliant. I like to keep things clear and straight forward, and I believe that clients should always know what is happening without having to chase for answers. Outside of work, I enjoy walking the Cornish coastline, spending time with my family at the stables, and attempting to train a very lively puppy.

I’ve worked at PAYE Solutions for nearly 10 years, processing payrolls for everything from Cornish cafés to industrial manufacturers with 150+ staff. Before that, I spent 25 years at a Building Society, so I’ve had a calculator in hand since I was 19. Outside work, life’s full. My partner and I are slowly converting a campervan (two years in and counting) and tackling jobs around our old cottage: tiling bathrooms, building stone walls, you name it. When I need to escape, I head out on my paddle board, though choppy seas keep me humble. Then there’s Jack, or Captain Jack Spaniel as we call him, since Cornwall is the only home he’s ever known. He loves the beach and snoozes at my feet while I work.

I’ve been working in payroll since 1997 and joined PAYE Solutions in 2011. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found a job that I truly enjoy. I manage payrolls for approximately 75 companies each month, building strong relationships, trust and giving each the attention and care they deserve. In my free time I like cycling, going away in our camper van and eating out.
